The ODP
helpdesk will answer all questions related to the use of information and
technologies in the ODP network and processes related requests.
Examples of the main questions include the following:
- Problems and needs related to user accounts and passwords (Members only)
- Functions and possible errors on this website
- How to use, configure and debug ODP tools such as the Data Provider software and the portal toolkit
- How to register data providers and the steps required for becoming a data provider
